Return Policy

At Nature Nudge, we make sure the product is in sterling condition before we send it to customers.

However in case you experience some issues, you can contact us over phone or whatsapp at +65-82003689 or Email us : info@naturenudge.com

In case you have any product problems, we can replace on a case by case basis after discussions.

We do not accept returns at all.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping only within Singapore.

2. Delivery only once a week, every week, on Friday.

3. In case of public holidays, we will issue notices to all open orders re delivery date.

4. Flat delivery charge of SGD $6.80 per delivery, irrespective of how many bottles you order.

5. Incase you require specific time slot delivery, pl do drop us a message and we will try our best.

6. In case you will not be home for collecting your order, please do ensure you leave a bag outside your door and inform security as needed.

7. Incase nobody is home and the delivery is not taken, we will contact you over the phone 2-3 times. After that, you will have to self collect or pay additional delivery charge for another day.

8. At the moment, self collection is from Marine Parade or Ulu Pandan.
