Terms and Conditions

We try to be sensible in not putting too many and unreasonable terms and Conditions :-)

• Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. This is because we try our best to make the stock to order.
• Orders are usually delivered only once a week, on Fridays.
• Delivery charge is a flat fee of SGD $6, irrespective of how many bottles you order.
• All products require refrigeration. After delivery, pl do remember to refrigerate. In case you forget, we cant really replace the products.
• All products are fresh ferments and hence, the microbes are live. Do keep all bottles straight in the refrigerator. Do not place them reclining to prevent spillage or breakage.
• If you choose to shake the drink bottles a lot before opening, do know that they are naturally fizzy. 
• All products are supplied in glass bottles. Do take care while handling, esp. for children. We are not responsible for breakage once the bottles are delivered to your doorstep.
• Incase you find any issues with product quality, you can contact us over email or whatsapp/ phone and we will address it on a case by case basis only. You should contact us within 2 working days of receiving the stock.
